Tomasz Rewera

• • 

Tomasz Rewera joined Trigon in 2004. He has a wealth of experience in corporate finance, including M&As, IPOs, and raising debt and equity financing for companies at every stage of development, from early stage VC transactions to leveraged buyouts.

Recently, he structured and led the sale of Polkomtel’s telecommunications infrastructure to Cellnex for PLN 7m billion. He advised on the sale of Azul Systems to Vitruvian Partners and Grupa Pracuj to TCV, as well as advising on a wide range of acquisitions in the TMT sector, including the transactions to acquire Asseco, Interia, and Netia, to name but a few. He was involved in the IPOs of Cyfrowy Polsat and Newag as well as some of the largest debt financing transactions in Poland to date, including the PLN 14 billion leveraged buyout of Polkomtel.

He actively supports young start-ups on the Polish market.

Mr. Rewera is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and the Aarhus School of Business. He has also studied in Singapore and the United States.

Igor Szuban

Igor Szuban joined Trigon in 2018. He has more than 7 years of experience working in investment banking and corporate finance. His professional career began in 2015 at Pekao Investment Banking.

At Trigon, he has been involved in equity transactions, including public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, totalling some PLN 8 billion, including the acquisition of Polkomtel Infrastruktura by Cellnex and the IPO of ONDE S.A.

Igor Szuban is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics.

Milosz Rzepecki joined Trigon Investment Banking, initially as an intern, in March 2017, having previously worked for strategic consulting firms and at finance departments of FMCG companies.

Mr. Rzepecki graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in finance and accounting.

Marcin Piekarz

Marcin Piekarz has over 25 years of experience in capital markets. He has been with Trigon Dom Maklerski since 2015. From 2005 to 2015, he headed the Market Making Department of Dom Maklerski BZ WBK (now Santander Biuro Marklerskie). He also worked as a market-maker broker for CAIB Securities. His career began in 1995 at Centralny Dom Maklerski Pekao S.A., where he served as a specialist securities broker/market maker.

Mr. Piekarz graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in finance and banking. He is a licensed securities broker.

Adam Ciach

Adam Ciach joined Trigon in 2015, having previously worked as a market-maker broker and Head of Own Investments at the Own Investments Department of Dom Maklerski BZ WBK S.A. (now Santander Biuro Maklerskie). He also worked as a securities broker at Dom Inwestycyjny BRE Banku S.A. and completed an internship at Union Investment TFI S.A.

Mr. Ciach graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in economics, majoring in finance, Polish and international financial markets, and business informatics. At the Warsaw School of Economics, he also attended the Quantitative Methods in Economics and Information Systems programme, passing all the exams. He is also a licensed securities broker with a qualification to provide investment advisory services.

Michał Sopiński

Michał Sopiński joined Trigon in June 2017. He began his career in capital markets at Erste Securities Polska, where he worked as a securities broker specialising in equities and derivatives trading.

Mr. Sopiński graduated from the Academy of Finance with a degree in finance and accounting. He holds the ACMA and CGMA designations from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and the CFA designation from the CFA Institute. He is also a licensed investment adviser (licence No. 857) and a licensed securities broker (licence No. 3062).

Hubert Kwiecień

Hubert Kwiecień began his career in capital markets in 2017 at Trigon Dom Maklerski as a retail customer service specialist. In 2019, he took up the position of clearing specialist for institutional clients. A junior trader since 2020, he has been brokering financial instruments on the WSE as part of the Institutional Sales team.

Mr. Kwiecień graduated from the Jagiellonian University with a degree in law. He holds securities broker licence No. 3221."

Dominik Niszcz

Having joined Trigon’s analytics team in June 2020, Dominik Niszcz is responsible for making recommendations for companies in the TMT sector. He has more than 10 of experience working in capital markets in Vienna and Warsaw.

Mr. Niszcz graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in finance and banking as well as being a CFA designation holder.

Katarzyna Kosiorek

Having joined Trigon Dom Maklerski in May 2017, Katarzyna Kosiorek is responsible for analysing the life sciences industry, including pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and med-tech companies.

Ms. Kosiorek graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology with degrees in biotechnology and management and industrial engineering. She is currently completing a PhD programme in biochemistry and molecular biology at the Institute of Biochemistry and Biophysics of the Polish Academy of Sciences.

Marcin Skowroński

Marcin Skowroński joined Trigon Investment Banking in February 2014, having previously worked for CAG for close to four years. Specialising in M&As, he has advised leading private equity funds, listed companies, and privately held businesses on numerous projects.

Mr. Skowroński graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in Finance and Accounting. He is also a licensed securities broker with a qualification to provide investment advisory services.

Taras Datsenko

Taras Datsenko joined Trigon in October 2020 as an analyst,
having previously worked at the Investment Banking Department of Pekao Investment Banking, the Investment Business Department of Ukrsibbank BNP Paribas Group, and the Transfer Pricing Department of KPMG Ukraine.
At Pekao IB, Mr. Datsenko supported the Investment Banking team in conducting a range of M&A transactions across various industries.

He holds a degree in finance and accounting (major: corporate finance) from the Koźmiński University.

Kacper Krzyśków

Kacper Krzyśków joined Trigon Investment Banking in October 2020, having previously interned at the consulting and transaction advisory services departments of McKinsey and PwC.

Mr. Krzyśków holds a master’s degree in finance and accounting from the Koźmiński University, where he majored in data science. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business.

Paweł Kogut

Paweł Kogut has more than 10 years of experience in capital markets. He joined Trigon in 2015, having previously (2011–2015) worked as market-maker broker at the Own Investments Department of Dom Maklerski BZ WBK (now Santander Biuro Maklerskie). He was also an analyst at the energy company Consus and completed an internship at PKO BP.

Mr. Kogut graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in finance and accounting, majoring in international financial markets. He is a licensed investment advisor (licence No. 556) and a licensed securities broker with a qualification to provide investment advisory services (licence No. 2574). He has passed the Level I CFA exam.

Paweł Szczepański

Pawel Szczepański joined Trigon in April 2017. He began his professional career at Espirito Santo de Investimento as a securities broker. He later served as Executive Director at Dom Maklerski BZ WBK and as Head of Sales at Erste Securities Poland.

Mr. Szczepański graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in finance and accounting. In 2011, Forbes ranked him fourth in its list of Poland’s best securities brokers.

Paweł Czupryński

Pawel Czupryński joined Trigon in June 2017, bringing his more than 20 years of experience in capital markets. His career as a securities broker began in 1995 at KDM Passa DM. He later worked in the same capacity at Dom Maklerski BZ WBK S.A., where in 2000 he joined the institutional sales team. From 2006 to 2017, he served as a securities broker and Head of Institutional Sales at Erste Securities Polska S.A. Over the course of his career, he was actively involved in a broad range of privatisation transactions, public offerings (of both Polish and foreign companies), private equity transactions, etc.

Mr. Czupryński graduated from the University of Management and Banking in Poznań with a degree in management as well as completing a postgraduate course in financial markets analysis at the Koźmiński University. He holds securities broker licence No. 1287.

Maciej Senderek

Maciej Senderek joined Trigon in August 2022.

He began his career in capital markets at Dom Maklerski BZ WBK, where he first worked as an assistant analyst and later as a securities broker.
He also worked for Dom Maklerski Opera, Centralny Dom Maklerski and Haitong Bank.

Mr. Senderek graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics, majoring in quantitative methods and information systems in economics.

He is a member of Mensa Poland as well as being a licensed investment advisor (licence No. 459) and a licensed securities broker (licence No. 2514).

Maciej Marcinowski

Maciej Marcinowski joined Trigon Dom Maklerski in March 2014. He began his career as an analyst at Dom Maklerski BZ WBK (now Santander Biuro Maklerskie), where he worked for four years. He analyses the banking sector and companies operating in the financial services industry. He also specialises in market strategy-related products.

Mr. Marcinowski graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics, majoring in quantitative methods and information systems in economics. In his private time, he is an avid basketball player and rock climber.

Kacper Koproń

Having joined Trigon in July 2016, Kacper Koproń initially worked as a junior analyst supporting the work of the analytics team mainly in researching the mining, telecommunications and market strategy sectors. He currently specialises in making recommendations for gaming and technology companies and has been involved in IPOs/SPOs in those sectors.

Mr. Koproń graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics, majoring in quantitative methods and information systems in economics as well as completing interdisciplinary programmes in corporate finance management and financial investment.

David Sharma

David Sharma joined Trigon Dom Maklerski in June 2018. His expertise as an equity analyst covers primarily real estate development companies, construction companies, and building materials manufacturers. Previously, he was part of a team responsible for providing valuations and recommendations of retailers, automotive parts distributors, and debt collection companies. He has also been involved in a range of IPO projects.

Mr. Sharma graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in quantitative methods and information systems in economics and from the Koźmiński University with a degree in finance and accounting. He is also pursuing a CFA qualification.

Piotr Chudzik

Piotr Chudzik joined Trigon in 2013. One of the most seasoned investment bankers in Poland, he has more than 30 years of experience working in investment banking and corporate finance in Poland, other CEE countries, and Canada. From 1991 onwards, he held senior managerial positions at such global investment banks as Nomura International, Deutsche Bank, Bankers Trust, NatWest Bank, and Hambros Bank, helping to run their operations across the CEE region, including Poland.

In Poland, he has led financing and fundraising transactions totalling more than PLN 10 billion and equity transactions, including public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, totalling in excess of PLN 50 billion, including the acquisition of the bank BZ WBK and BZ WBK Asset Management by Banco Santander and the sale of Polkomtel S.A. by its Polish shareholders and Vodafone for PLN 18.1 billion.

Mr. Chudzik holds an MBA degree from the Ivey Business School (formerly the Richard Ivey School of Business) of the University of Western Ontario, Canada, and a master's degree in international trade from the Faculty of Economics and Sociology of the University of Łódź.

Michał Erbel

Michal Erbel joined Trigon Investment Banking in June 2018, taking up the position of Junior Analyst. Previously involved with the strategic consulting sector, he was a participant in the Star League mentoring programme run by the Boston Consulting Group, as well as interning at the M&A department of a law firm.

Michal Erbel graduated, with Honours, from the Koźmiński University in Warsaw, with a degree in finance & accounting and in law.

Jakub Erdman

Jakub Erdman joined Trigon Investment Banking in May 2021, having previously worked on Bastion Group’s investment banking team and at EY’s Transaction Advisory Services Department, where his responsibilities included preparing valuations and delivering financial models.

He was admitted to and completed the 15th edition of the Academy of Capital Market Leaders run by the Lesław A. Paga Foundation as well as holding a degree in finance and accounting from the Warsaw School of Economics, where he majored in corporate finance.

At Trigon, Mr. Erdman worked, among other things, on the sale of Krynicki Recykling to Sibelco.

Ryszard Czerwiński

Ryszard Czerwiński has more than 28 years of experience in investment banking. He joined Trigon Investment Banking in February 2010, having previously worked for BZWBK Brokerage House for over fifteen years, where he started his career as a broker and ended as vice president of the management board.

Specializing in ECM, he has advised on a broad spectrum of IPO transactions, including, in recent years IPO Grupa Pracuj, IPO Onde, IPO Captor Therapeutics and IPO PCF Group. Ryszard was also involved in M&A transaction of PGS Software, which was sold to Waterland. His expertise includes ABB transactions, e.g.; ABB Cyfrowy Polsat, ABB LiveChat and ABB Auto Partner.

Mr. Czerwiński graduated from the physics department of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and banking from University of Econimics in Poznań.

Krzysztof Kempiński

Krzysztof Kempiński has more than 25 years of experience in investment banking. He joined Trigon Investment Banking in September 2014, having previously worked for UniCredit CAIB for over seven years and earlier for such leading financial market players as BNP Paribas and Central Europe Trust.

Specialising in M&As, he has advised on a broad spectrum of transactions, including, in recent years, advising V4C on the sale of KomEko, Żabka Polska on the acquisition of Maczfit and Dietly, and Dirlango and Innova on the sale of Whitepress. Mr. Kempiński was also involved in the IPOs of answear.com and MCI. His expertise includes M&A transactions involving listed companies, e.g. a tender offer for all shares in Magellan, a WSE-listed company, the delisting of Mondi Swiecie and EMF from the WSE, and the unprecedented PIPE investment in AmRest, also a WSE-listed corporation.

Mr. Kempiński graduated from the Faculty of Foreign Trade of the Warsaw School of Economics.

Michał Skuza

Michał Skuza has extensive experience in private equity transactions and public offerings, in particular in the new technologies and gaming sectors. He has worked for multinational corporations, privately held business organisations, and private equity and venture capital funds. Prior to joining Trigon, he was part of the EY Financial Risk Management team, among others.

Mr. Skuza completed the Master Studies in Finance programme at the Wroclaw University of Economics. He was also among the winners of the London Finals of the 2012 CFA Institute Research Challenge.

Dominik Rurarz

Dominik Rurarz began his professional career working for Accenture as part of its Warsaw-based management consulting team. Prior to joining Trigon in 2016, he worked at UniCredit’s Investment Banking Division in Munich and was for a year involved in an advisory project carried out for Xiaomi Technology in Beijing.

Mr. Rurarz was admitted to and successfully completed the 13th edition of the Academy of Capital Market Leaders, holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from the Warsaw School of Economics, and is an alumnus of the CEMS Master in International Management programme, which he completed at the Warsaw School of Economics and the Tsinghua University, Beijing.

Przemysław Polowczyk joined Trigon Investment Banking in October 2018, having previously interned at the Investment Banking Department of Société Générale and the Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory Services Department of PwC.

Mirosław Gruca

Mirosław Gruca joined Trigon Investment Banking in 2010. Previously, he worked at Trigon (formerly Brokerage House Penetrator) in several areas of activity, gaining extensive experience. He started working as a broker, then organized a network of brokerage house organizational units, and then managed the work of the Compliance department being created. His experience also covers such areas as: participation in the creation of the Polish Power Exchange or preparation of a brokerage house to operate on the derivatives market.

Mirosław Gruca specializes in ECM transactions. As part of Investment Banking, he participated in most capital raising projects (IPO and SPO) by companies from the WSE from various industries. Additionally, he participated in all projects carried out by Trigon, concerning raising capital and introducing shares of companies on the NewConnect market (Alternative Trading System).

In the years 2004-2007 he was the editor-in-chief of specialist magazines: the monthly "Nasz Rynek Kapitałowy" and the quarterly "Rynek Terminowy". In the period 2004-2010 he was a lecturer at the Stock Exchange School, jointly organized by the WSE and the University of Economics in Krakow. In the years 2007-2010 he managed the Investor Relations Department, cooperating with many listed companies.

Mirosław Gruca graduated from the Cracow University of Technology, postgraduate studies in Finance and Accounting at the Jagiellonian University School of Management and Executive MBA studies at Stockholm University School of Business / UE in Krakow. Since 2011, he has been certified as an Advisor in the WSE Alternative Trading System.

Mickael Jin

Mickael Jin joined Trigon Investment Banking in June 2019, initially as a Junior Analyst, having previously gained experience in the management field in various firms.

Mickael graduated with the highest distinction from Kozminski University, Poland, awarding him a master’s degree in finance and Accounting. Previously, Mickael gained bachelor’s degrees from Kozminski University, Poland and Kedge Business School, France, in the fields of Management and International Commerce.

Nazar Komnatskyy joined the Trigon Investment Banking team in September 2021.

Nazar Komnatskyy is the runner-up of the CFA Institute Research Challenge in Poland and a Private Markets Investments program graduate from Said Business School, University of Oxford. Nazar also studied at Leon Kozminski Academy, majoring in Finance and Accounting with a specialization in Corporate Finance.

At Trigon, Nazar worked, among other assignments, on the sale process of Kom-Eko to CEE Equity Partners.

Piotr Tymczyszyn

Piotr Tymczyszyn joined Trigon Investment Banking in October 2022, having previously worked in mBank’s Structured Finance & Mezzanine department and in EY’s valuation & modeling team within Transaction Advisory Services department.

Piotr holds a degree in finance and accounting from the Warsaw School of Economics, where he majored in corporate finance. Piotr also passed 2 levels of the CFA exam.
